  3. The verdict is in. We just had a really good show at magic. People are buying well designed, soft, cut and sew t's with high price points. And denim. Imagine that.

Sorry guys. Nothing to report from the shows about ten dollar t's.

  4. my line is called rxmance. we only have our line from last year up on our site. our new stuff is all cut/sew and pattern based. we are currently selling for spring-that stuff should be up in a couple months.

    our site is rxmance.com.

you can also see stuff at revoltrevolt.com

  5. you are right dagsolo. i am the first one to admit that the value of clothing like art is in the eye of the beholder. if you truly like something rock it proudly. unless its a tshirt that says italian stallion.

glad you dig the stuff. our new line will be in stores in feb. we are skipping fall and going straight to spring. woops

  6. one more thing...

im sure most of you know this but if a tshirt is selling for $50 at a store the store paid $23 for it.

add up the costs: the tshirt, printing, tags, sewing, washing, comission to the sales team, overhead and you might have a better understanding of the expense.

but hey, if you guys want to revolt against this and begin wearing beefy t's with one color prints and lame sayings that cost $25 in a store i will start doing it. but really aren't we trying to move forward?

  7. the problem is that the tshirt market has gotten so saturated with shit. anybody can print a lame ass phrase or stupid graphic on an american apparel shirt. i wouldnt even pay $5 for that.

how many degrees of seperation are there between you and somebody that owns a "clothing company?" probobly 1.

but...if you are like me, your uniform on a daily basis is jeans and tshirt. if you take that into consideration and you enjoy looking good and having quality apparel you might reconsider. you will spend $200+ on denim and $200+ on kicks but you will top that off with a cheap shirt because your budget ran out when it came to your upper body?

    just something to think about.

and i am biased because i make and sell expensive cut and sew tshirts.

  8. who doesnt like vegas? that place is fucking great. hot chicks, gambeling, free drinks, parties, big swimming pools, buffets and all in the name of doing business.

but partying with p-diddy and some waefs in miami would be so much better...NOT.

we used to do pool but now we do magic. if any of you all are buyers come see us in the platform area in premium contemporary. #PC7910-113. rxmance.

  9. now i have another quandry. i have a contract with verizon and they only sell the 7250.

    2 questions:

    1. is this a good model/worth getting?

    2. the price is $299-is this the best i can do or are there discounts/mail ins, etc?

thanks a lot for the info.

  10. yeah nice one. you.ve offered to help him but you don.t know know anything of it. it is a painstaking process to learn.

i think i just realized why the t.shirt market is so saturated with bullshit.

  11. fred segal is not in the same catagory as bloomingdales. most fred segal stores are made up of individuals who lease spaces in the store. so yes, it is not too hard to get your shit in there if it is real. bloomingdales-you better have an appointment at a tradeshow and your shit better be on lock. if they take time to look and it is a waste of time i bet your stuff will never enter that store. the only thing the big stores and fred segal have in common is that they dont think it is important to pay small companies. they are cock suckers about it.
