  1. I saw this last night as well, and thought it was just ok. It kind of plays out more like a video game (levels, bosses), than a movie, and at times I felt like I was watching some sort of live-action Warcraft movie and was thinking "What the hell is /that/ doing there?" Some good fight scenes, but I didn't think that there was anything mind-blowing with the cinematography in general. I agree with Drapygo that probably the best part is the guy getting pushed down the well, as after that, it's kind of just more of the same. Overall though, it's worth watching.

  2. Ahh they used the LW "Light" fabric instead of "Basic" like they did in the last seaon. Light is noticibly "lighter" than Basic and IMO doesn't feel as good. I had both LW hoodies one using light and the other with basic and the basic version felt a lot better. I'm interested to get a feel of what the LW "Middle" fabric is like...

Crap, that sucks. I only bought one again this run cause I wanted a heavier hoody, but in a different color than the LW I already have. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess.

  3. this happened to me before i couldnt move ... but no voices... i slept it off then i eventually woke up .. i thought i was a goner ... i tried to move but my arms just flew like an involuntary thing ....

This has happened to me too - I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't move. No voices or anything, just couldn't move my body, aside from my face. Couldn't say anything either though. I was eventually able to move, but that was after trying to force my body to (not sure how long either). Was sweating like hell, and sat up for a while wondering what the hell that was about then went back to sleep.

  4. I got a North Face McMurdo parka from a seller in Canada. Took over a month to get it, only to find out that it was being shipped from China. When I finally got the thing, it was probably fake and was a size L for a tagged S. I'd have rather had a Weibao jacket if I knew this would've been the case :(

  5. Yeah, definitely Bret Easton Ellis - though I didn't like Lunar Park at all. Murakami is ok, but does anyone else find that it's the same old thing over and over again?

I just read Murakami Ryu's "In the Miso Soup" - it's a nice short read about a Japanese sex tourist guide meeting a serial killer. Might be worth a peek if you're interested.

  6. I don't know, I'm in Canada and I've found packages just left on my doorstep a few times now, but luckily no one has stolen them... As for the note thing - I've tried that once, releasing the package with specific instructions on where to leave the package, only to come home to a package sitting on my doorstep. People are lazy, and once they're in the clear they'll just dump it wherever's easiest and be on their way.
