  3. I’m really curious how they would look on others outside of TCB staff as well. From my other pairs, I’ve noticed that they fit very different on me than on the stock photos especially in the rear. I suspect that part of the reason is body type and part is that I believe that the TCB staff often likes to size up a couple to a few sizes.

  5. The pre order does say they will add belt loops if you choose them (but no refunds)
  6. Proper British springtime photo - grey skies, washing out on the line defying the weather, bonus dog's back end as well, unsure why I'm screwing my face up so much but there we have it. Toy's Mccoy // Denime 2nd fit: same + Cushman sweat, Altra trail runners & Yeti cap In truth it’s been a difficult day, first day of both my girls in childcare, it’s not something we ever wanted to do and the drop off was emotional. Maybe that’s why I was also screwing my face up in the first photo. Anyway, some suitably dad fits. PS the 220a’s are MEGA crispy, I did not expect that!

  12. I just received some Lot 147’s and I’m pretty hyped. Does anyone have pre and post soak measurements? These would be my first wide pair of pants and still trying to figure out how to get the best shrink and fit in them. Thanks!

  15. For me, I like the waist of my jeans to be around 33.5-34" right out the wash and stretch to around 36" to be comfortable and loose. I take a 34 in the 66's and 36 in the 47's (I find the waist to run smaller on these hence sizing up the tagged size.)
  16. Second pair are also Chippewa's. Western work boots in size 10 D. Very thick Vibram soles, made in USA, very rugged build. Very little wear, tons of life left in soles, and the uppers are practically perfect. Really love these boots but they are just too loose. Again, all reasonable offers considered.
  17. Will be throwing these boots on the auction sites in a few days but I thought I'd offer them up here first. First pair are Chippewa Engineer boots (short) in size 10 E. Steel toe, Vibram sole, made in USA. Practically brand new, only worn a few times. Just a bit too roomy. All reasonable offers considered. Will consider trade for similar boots in 9.5 D
  18. Anybody looking for a cheap, almost new pair of Resolute 710's in 34x30? Not quite trim enough to fit them, looking for $120 shipped CONUS.
  19. Do you mean LHT @vIGGiou riou?
  20. Hi Tilmann. Yes, of course they arrived. Picture I posted in start of April was my picture I did. They are Orrizonti era.... very nice piece. If RHT will do same evolution as my vintage Lee 101 Storm rider jacket, would be great. They are now vacuumed in queue and waiting for theirs time to be worn... Raw measurements of W34 is W 88cm Fr rise 31cm B rise 41cm Thigh in crotch 35 cm Knee 25cm Hem 23,5cm Inseam 89cm
  21. @vIGGiou riou did your 101 arrive in the meantime?! Are they Orizzonti or Shins?
  22. Anyone interested in a BNWT pair of Warehouse 800xx in 34 for £120 + postage (or possibly handed over in person if you're in London) PM me. Just received from Bears but far too big for me.
  23. I've yet to find a TCB pair whose fit and style didn't agree with me (20s, 30s, 40s and 50s all great) but those might be it.
  24. In a quick attempt to be more useful attached are OA 01’s in a size 31. You can see the waist had to stretch as evidenced by the fly buckling outwards. I don’t mind this. It did stretch no problem. They are very comfortable. The cut is full enough that the waist was really the only point of concern. Now, a belt helps a bit but I don’t tend to wear one. I got the 03s in a 32 but have not washed them yet. I expect them to be a little loose throughout and the waist to feel about the same it will just need to stretch less. I can comfortably wear a 29 or a 30 from WH, FC, and sugar cane/mf. With those it comes down to the cut, not the waist. My WH 1003xx are a 29 but that is their fuller cut, for example. For slimmer cuts a 30 is usually better just for seat/thigh room - not the waist per se.
  25. Two sizes up will fit great with some stretch. If I was going to get another pair, I would go up three sizes because I prefer my jeans a little loose. I have a 33 and it's a "perfect" fit meaning I can break it in and wear it without a belt after stretch. I prefer the feeling of a waist and thigh that don't require stretch and just fit comfy right out of the wash. I also prefer an 8.75" LO minimum. For that I would go up three sizes to a 34 rather than the 33 I own.
  26. I might or might not have gotten a pair of 01s.
