    RESOLUTE by hayashi-san!

Awesome to hear thanks guys. Something about the silhouette of the 710 just seems more "adult like" and sophisticated in so many photos when worn to no break.

I got the one-wash version and agree with beautiful FrEaK, no surprises with sizing and they fit wonderfully. I dry mine in the dryer, too, and they haven't shrunk past the one-wash measurements.

    Warehouse

Hi Dada, My experience with the Warehouse 800 is a little bit different than JohnM. I bought them in 2016, raw waist measurement was 18" (36") flat with waistband pulled even. They shrunk to 16.75" after a hot soak and stretched to 17.375" after a week of wear. After multiple washes, the waist measures 17.625", 17.75" if I pull hard on the waist. You may be able to get the waist to stretch to 17.75" (90cm), but you should consider the hip measurement, too. The 800 is trim in the top block. I gained some weight and mine are too tight in the hips, now.

hello everyone! Inoue asked me to proceed differently for the vote of the winners. He would like to pick the winners through a instagram vote. I have nothing against it but I thought, since it's different from what we agreed before, to ask you guys before giving him a confirmation. Hope this is fine for everyone.

How much stretch is there with 105 and 107 denim? I’m so torn between the 105 or 107 for my next pair of jeans. I had the 105 in a 2 before but lost a lot of weight and sold them. I always wanted the hem to be just a bit shorter... I’m a waist 30-31 and like my thigh to be close to a 12”. Where does this put me in a 105/107? I suspect in a size 1 but with the 107 i worry the top block would be too tight.

    Post your DUCKS!

I miss this thread. I also miss Cotton Duck, who helped get my my first cotton duck pullover! In tirbute to him, here's my new three-pleat duck jacket, alongside the pullover, in a slightly different colour. This is from 2013, and although I thought it wasn't a Cone fabric, I'm wrong.

A few folks here have seen my denim three-pleat. This is the Cone synthetic 1880s fabric, which is lovely. Gnarly but not overdone. Although I like, for instance, the TCB fabric which looks great from afar, it is very high contrast and super-slubby close up. The Cone in comparison is far blue-er, and subtle. Now of course, thanks to Spiraltoy I have its companion, the same jacket in cotton duck. It's similar in construction to the denim version - but not the same. For a start, even though they're the same size, the pockets on the duck version are deeper. It has some selvage detailing - although not as much as the duck pullover. It's a different fabric. I thought this wasn't Cone, but apparently it is, according to me anyway(!) Again, I thought this might be Turkish-made, but my 2013 story says it was sewn in LA Here's a story on the development of the first duck replica fabric. Here is is alongside the duck pullover.

I didn't know bagjack took requests, a lot of their molle pouches are halfway to what I'm after so I'll have to drop them an email. It's a shame xpac is reserved for Acronym, but I can live with cordura even though it's not as light. Amdusproject looks like it's worth following too. Thank you for the info'
