    Tanuki Japan

They're 8 oz check twill, fabric that used to feature on Oni's pockets a few years ago. Denimio is planning to launch them when their new website is fully up I believe.
  4. I think it's gorgeous. I'm a little hesitant putting $900 in a denim jacket as I expect the cotton will be destroyed after a few years. This being said, I've been clamoring for a shearling denim jacket and this might just be the perfect item...

    Belts

Hi I have a Samurai W001 belt. Anybody has idea, how to clean and oil Natural Leather belt? Can we use natural ingredients such as olive oil or coconut oil or only leather oil to be used ? Whether to oil both sides (glossy and rough side)?

    TCB

For those of you that are into the "vintage" fades that TCB is so great for, at what point do you start washing your jeans more regularly? I like to try to keep a balance between maintaining some interesting lines/whiskers but I also love the heavily washed/dried crinkling and texture that really highlights these jeans. I'm always tempted to start chucking 'em in the wash more often but try to hold out to maintain the lines. I think I typically try to go about 1 year+ w/ very occasional washing before I start increasing the wash frequency. Now that my 50's are approaching the 1 year mark I'm starting to think about it... Obviously, everyone will have a different experience due to their unique wear patterns but I'm just curious as to what your methods are.

I'm breaking in a pair of TFH 3005s but aside from that everything else has been sold. Oh and a pair of Blue Blanket IJJs that actually fit better with my "reduced profile".

  16. Looks to have a bi-swing back. Thats a great option.
  17. Just saw this Freenote shearling lined 20oz denim coat. Overall I like it, but it ain't cheap at $900. Especially since one could get the IH Sonder Supplies x Simmons Built for $100... but that's a sheep skin jacket, not a full grain steer leather, so that's to account for a lower price. Any thoughts on this Freenote thing?

    Levi's Vintage Clothing

Paul, I had a pair from June 1971 when the side stitching of the pocket was parallel as per your pic. Before then even with bar-tacked versions it widened before the top. I have the pocket from a 1969 paid but can't upload the pic. The shape is like the 1955s but barely any v shape along the bottom.

Anyone got a good place to proxy Converse Addict from? The new FW release looks good and they make them in an 11.5 which should work.

    Samurai Jeans

Guys, someone can tell you the resources for the "Good Bay Last Year!" series so you can read the description, the pictures to look around with the hardware, the patch. There is nothing to search through GOOGLE. Found a few links, but there is no necessary information.https://s886.photobucket.com/user/korntawee/library/KORNSD-PC/Kornichiwa/Jeans/Samurai%20Honten?page=1https://www.facebook.com/oscardenim2015/photos/a.1548452648757309/1577543042514936/?type=1&theaterhttp://www.ptc-mart.com/brands/samurai-jeans/samurai-jeans-hk500gb-goodbye-2015-15oz.html?___store=en&___from_store=thhttps://www.facebook.com/ptcmartjapan/posts/1597415280323710I would like descriptions as on standard models. As far as I understood, these jeans offer to buy on subscription to members of the Japanese club SAMURAI JEANS (it is not clear just how they end up in Thai stores). I saw a couple of years ago such jeans on the Japanese page of the WEB-store of the company site. But he did not receive a response to the request for purchase. Should there be a website for fans from Japan with descriptions and photos of these issues?
