I can't find the time to wear all the pants I have... I'm still interested in more esoteric stuff, like seamen's pants, and maybe something specific to a contest.

  5. I like it for selling, big audience and easy offer system.

I’ve officially burned out on the whole denim/clothing/brand craze. Don’t get me wrong, I still like what I have but I now have zero desire to accumulate more stuff. Any of you experience this?

While I really like the denim, details and jeans themselves, the waist is just too big and even with a belt it doesn't quite work. So they have to go. 320 Jackson https://www.grailed.com/listings/9075241

Been wearing mine pretty regular for a year now, no issues. Even the arcs are holding up!

I’ve had similar issues with my 0105SFS, which are a loose fit. I’m not sure if that’s because they’re a very old model (15 years?) and the cotton thread has deteriorated or the stitching on this pair is an anomaly or whether this is standard for Full Count.

I love my 1108s but after just a month of wear I'm kind of shocked by how many construction issues I'm having with these. I've already repaired two spots in the inseam where the chainstitch broke, and last night I found another one near the top half inch of the inseam, and even worse, that the thick orange thread holding the inseam together is coming loose right near the seam where the inseam and front/back rise seams all overlap. This really doesn't seem normal. I can't tell if this part of the jean is just badly constructed or if the one-wash process weakened the cotton threads from frying the jeans in a dryer. The rest of jean seems to be fine. I doubt it's the fault of 100% cotton threads because my Samurai S710s are heavier/more abrasive denim, a tighter fit, and have never had any inseam thread breakage at all.
  14. You can gently iron stuff like that out, just be sure to separate the denim from the iron with a cloth. As for them going away with wear, it depends on just how sharp the creases are. If they're more like "bends" then you're probably fine. If they're more akin to pleated pants, you might want to nip that in the bud. I've got a retired pair that picked up some creases when I had a denim blunder moment putting them through the dryer to presoak them with a bit too much gusto... those creases never went away.

@bencap Don't stress yourself about it, they usually go away with wear after a few hours.

I'm not sure how feasible it would be but I think it would be awesome if we do another contest we could do a throwback to the custom days and offer some minor customization. Standardize the denim, offer it in the 01/02/03 cuts and offer some customizable details like they used to offer (crotch rivets, continuous fly, etc.) Or if that's too much just offer the same pair to everyone and randomize the pocket bags so we all get something different! Just throwing out some ideas here.

Here's a question about creasing for you guys: Will the sharp creases from jeans being stored go away with wear? I just busted out the Samurai S710NBK one wash that I had in storage for a few months, and there are some sharp creases from being folded up for so long. I've never had a problem with this before, because I've always bought raw in the past, so creases went away after the initial soak or wash. Since these are one-wash, I wasn't planning on doing a soak or wash, but I'm worried that the creases running down the side of the legs will be fade and end up super visible. Any of you guys run into this problem before? Will the creases relax with time? I have a feeling they won't, and should maybe do a soak to prevent that (even though I'd rather not)

Thanks Bartles, @Flash and @MJF9 I'll shoot some more pics in the appropriate thread. I have my good friends Jonas and Olof that run goteborgmanufaktur.se They also do repairs very well, both have studied textile production too. But I'm also thinking of doing it with old school sashiko repairs. We'll see what I do!

I recently post some personal thoughts on 7ts and my general conclusion is that it would not be re release(yeah that silver foil prototype while in j23 fit Lenny being rocking) and conclusion was confirmed Jack himself at Instagram. Alternative most likely be a smaller backpack, like the 13ts as 8ts replacement, and the new one confirmed by this gq interview.
