    • @ray.  The jacket cut really does affect sizing a lot, and I have long arms and a fairly "regular" chest. I've had luck with the J32 and the J1A but jackets like the J44 (and because of that, I'm assuming J29, J38, etc) don't sit right with my proportions and it took me a good while to admit defeat and sell it. You're not alone when it comes to "weird" proportions and any time you have questions don't be afraid to ask. Most of the people here would rather help someone find out their sizing rather than listen to the complaining (not targeting you on this comment) that often follows. I've noticed a lot of Acronym jacket sleeves are fairly short so more info on your build would help.
    • You're too kind.. nothing out of the ordinary just regular wear and 40° wash every 6 months or so. Word of warning tho, i wouldn't buy these jeans they were expensive and completely shite, i had them on pre-order when they dropped at the beginning of 2013, within a matter of months both inseams started to unravel, this wasn't the stitching coming undone, it was disintegrating from the abrasion caused by my Buco's, i had to manually overlock both inseams from the knee to hem, a few months later and both back pockets fell off.. ..again the stitching had disintegrated where i had been sat on the carpet playing with my kid.. few more months down the line and the coin pocket fell off   ...then the yoke burst open (ffs) usually by the time my jeans are deconstructing themselves the denim is threadbare, not the case here, the denim was fine, just the stitching falling aparrt.   Folks talk about the quality of RMC but it certainly wasn't my experience with these. I suppose you could say it's because they're cotton thread but pretty much all of my jeans are cotton thread, i never buy anything but cotton thread yet i always get at least a couple of years wear out of a pair.   Anyway, here's a couple of fit pics just in case i haven't put you off enough   .
    • Great interview up on @japanalogue blog.  https://www.japanalogue.com/full-counts-miki-tsujita/ Hopefully get a SDA interview soon?
    • I have always wanted a pair of Avoriazes but I cannot make the sizing work for me. (have tried them on several times in a vain hope that it would) There is an incredible amount of volume in the toe/instep area, so if you have high volume feet they might work. The other Paraboot boots aren't all that interesting to be honest. What I would really love but can't quite afford are Heschung Gingkos when it comes to french boots.
