Don't know if it's all tech on fabric, but man, that is a slim cut on all those pieces.
The Veillance stuff is slimmer cut but his takes it to the next level.
Not for me , in aesthetics and fit.

Yes, you can call Stahl Corp. techwear, sophisticated techwear if you wish.
The fabrics are not all that tech but the cut on Stahl pieces is superb and the lines are futuristic.
In past seasons it was more urban techwear like, as of 2/3 years ago it's gone more in the direction of sophisticated streetwear with futurism influences.

So glad to see them back in full effect after a good 1.5 years of absence!
The Neo varsity is such a quality piece and it looks like the basic unit sweatshirt has been revamped with some rougher edges.
Shirts are also of superb quality in regards to fabric and cut. Time to get my old pieces out of the closet!

And once again in general....STOP THINKING THAT TECHWEAR IS ALL ABOUT THE WEATHERPROOF FABRICS!
Most of the people totally disregard the techniques that are used like bonding and cutting of fabric etc.
Try seam taping some wool and you'll finally understand what techwear is really about.

I've been on a 1 year break from commuting to work and it's time for me to get back to it. Grabbed some stuff from Rapha. Anyone have experience (good or bad) with the soft shell trousers or the bomber jacket?

Also any recommendations on short sleeve polos with a trim fit? Something similar, but short sleeved for the spring and summer.

I have a couple rapha short sleeve polos, very slim fit. perfect. The rapha x paul smith ones were even better but they're long gone.

It's a good all around technical brand. Fit is kinda loose depending on your body type but it's good for real out door hiking and shit for the price.

How could generic, made in china jackets become a status symbol is beyond my comprehension.
This makes me hate that brand even more.
