Barcelona locals, frequent visitors

I will be there for the next month. I have read pretty much everything there is to read...everywhere, but I have gotten little to no first hand advice. Anything helps, shopping, nice denim to nikes to crisp cotton oxfords, any good boutique like spots, clubs/bars, lesser now hang out spots, whatever. I will be there for a month and want to see/goto everywhere tight I can. Thanks
