insurance is way more expensive. plus i dont have a moto license and u dont need one for these. i just want one to get to work and back this summer, with minimal cash allotted to buying gas

bringing this thread back.. bought this beauty today for $400. needs some work but it rides smoothly. tops out at about 30mph. needs some wiring work to get the back light working, new throttle, and eventually will need a new clutch.

cleaned it up a little. next to my friends goped lol.

my current daily ride, 77 maxi. I upgraded the exhaust (https://www.treatland.tv/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=puch-tecno-boss-black-pipe) + 15mm bing... finally got it jetted correctly for this summer - little guy flies.

Currently trying to get a 79 magnum from my co-worker for a project (fingers crossed).

I just picked up a Honda Ruckus a few weeks ago. When I get my next paycheck I'm going to start modding it. There's a huge scene for aftermarket Ruckus parts. Super fun. Wish my friends around here had scooters.

Yeah. It really is. I can already see a grand just to put a fat tire in the back, new exhaust, and a new cockpit setup. Add in a powdercoat, new lights/turn signals, and the body modifications that people do and it's definitely over 2k... I don't know how deep I'm willing to go.

i lock it up like a bicycle with a u-lock when parked.  where i ride theft doesnt seem to be a big deal but i hear that it is in LA.  i park it in a garage at home.

 

but yeah, you can literally pick it up and stick it in your truck/car whatever.
