I'm assuming this is bench-squat-deadlift. If so, your bench is way too close to your deadlift. If your deadlift isnt twice your max bench, you need to reprioritize.

ahh i don't lift one more than the other, that's just how stuff works out right now.

what're your numbers?

another not-so-buff avid workout and nutrition buff here..

weigh about 173 right now.. not really sure about my maxes right now, haven't maxed out in a while..

last time I maxed out was when I was 185.. b - 305, s - 425, d - 435

currently just lifting for fun and get a little stronger in the process. not really looking to get up to 200lbs again.. I've become really paranoid about being anything over 10% bodyfat.. I'd really like to gain some poundage on my 3 lifts though. hey kunk and knucks, do you guys suggest any training methods (i.e. routines, exercises) I can use to increase my 3 lifts? I've tried WSB in the past, which really helped, but I'd like to try something different..

I'm a skinny guy with muscles. I started working out alot at the end of 2006 at 5' 7" 130lbs, now i'm 142lbs. I've been trying to get to an even 150 all this year but it's been a real bitch for me to gain. I have a high ass metabolism.

b - 225

s - 235

d - 305

225

315

350ish

all for reps... havin problems gettin that bench up

try doing your regular bench workout and after that, do it on a smith machine for same reps and add 20+ lbs. It helps you out mentally and makes other stuff feel lighter later.

Rows (DBs (if heavy enough) and barbell) have REALLY helped my deadlift, it's my strongest lift by far..

You can try Bill Starr 5x5 routine.

I just did a google search on it and read all about it.. looks like something I'd really enjoy. I think I'll start this program once my shoulder injury heals a little

at first i felt like i was not in the gym for enough time during the week..but once you start hitting heavy sets you'll need all the recovery time you can get
