Hey all,

I posted some pics of my Diesel Turbodenims a month or 2 ago, but they've had a lot of progress since then, so here's a couple pics from today. These only have 65 wears so far, but they're starting to build up some nice contrast. No washes or soaks yet, I'd like at least 100 wears before I wash. The crotch is developing a thin spot and I'll probably patch that up soon to prevent it from blowing out, but I'll let the other blowouts just stay as is.

Once again, yeah, yeah, Diesel's aren't exactly the golden standard for raw denim, but I'm liking the fades they're developing.

New Standards, owned since 14/12/09....

These are a tagged size 28, my natural waist is about a 30.5.

Soaked 3 times, pretty much at months 3, 6 and 9. Hot washed 1 time at around the 12 month mark.

I just threw in 2 random denim patches on the inside, when the pocket started falling apart. You can see the faded outline of the patches.

10 months, going slow and steady. i like the purple that comes through when they are ripping, i think that'll be cool when i wear them more. and fyi guys, these jeans are more purple in person, just extremely hard to capture, especially with a point and shoot

Wore these for 2.5 years near daily. Two machine washes - one at a little over 2 years and again a month ago. Countless DIY repairs on the knee, crotch, and seat. The denim is wearing pretty thin now.

The color in the third picture is the most representative.
