a petition needs to be started to bring one over to the states. i bought mini shower boombox (that connects to your ipod) while living in london. works like a champ. still trying to get a hold of their wall mounted CD player.

is this the Co. that makes all the great little simple items, brushed steel sorta officesupply-ish stuff too?

I am very curious about this company, but not sure if we're talking about the same one.

it seems you can cop some around the house-ish stuff / cool gifts for people at MOMA shop in nyc. excellent. site seems pretty comprehensive, too.

oh yeah, also try the folks at Hammacher Schlemmer, and Sharper Image types of stores. Cutting edge design and engineering nerds sell like crazy out of outfits like that.

Check out mujionline.com/tour and dig around for your bike, holmes. You may have to make a trip overseas (depending on where you live) but I'll bet that bike has wings or something.

Good luck!

Unsure as to why but when I contacted Muji, they seem to be pretty content without moving to North America or Toronto at that stage. This was over a year ago, they claimed they wouldnt distribute or franchise their name. Pretty unfortunate

I contacted Muji yesterday, no shipping to the US from Japan. The UK shops can ship to the US but no bikes

Their stuff is of variable quality, so i'd be careful with things like bikes dude ... it may fall to pieces underneath you and lead to a horrible sack injury ...

Yeh their stuff is a bit dodgy.
I bought my wall mounted CD player for 100 Singapore dollars, around 60 US Dollars during a sale.
Very occasionally, it does not work when I pull the string. :P
Made in China.

Yeah Chase, Let us know.
A friend is in Japan right now and i asked him to get me one, but then realised that if there is no connection to added extra speakers, it may sound shitty.
