two designers coming back to Tokyo for a design project... 2 months duration... needing the following:

1. cool/cheap home & work space (2 desks and a couple of clothing racks)

OR

2. work space only (2 desks and a couple of clothing racks)

3. accomodation like Tokyu Stay but less like grandmas house and a bit cheaper. Short term rental?

4. apartment swap (us Tokyo, you in very cool studio in E.London)

Ideal location for all is Meguro/Ebisu area.

any ideas??
