Gap Japanese Selvedge Denim

Has anyone grabbed a pair of these yet? I happend on them by chance so I don't know how new they are. They come in various washes as well as raw, and it is pretty affordable  at around $90-110.00 a pair. They feel a bit like APCs to me and come in either  a skinny or a slim fit.

Wait until they go on sale for $40, then scoop them on the "additional 40% off lowest ticketed price" deal, then cut them into jean shorts.

While they are pretty nice, definitely wait for a sale.  I picked up a pair for $8 a few months ago and I routinely see them for way below msrp.

i used to work at the gap and my co workers had em and the older models, i wouldnt waist that money unless you got them for really cheap i tried looking for where they were made in japan or what mills or what not but couldnt find the info

I've been working on these gap skinny selvedge. about just over a year and a half with maybe 3-4 washes and 2 hot soaks. i just couldn't pass up on a good deal and i feel that i've gotten good results and responses. these might be retired soon as well.

If you can still find the older ones with the blue rivet on the coin pocket, those are much nicer, full copper hardware and hidden rivets. Now I have shorts with hidden rivets.
