Osaka and Tokyo in early March?!?

I will be travelling to said cities on these dates (Osaka 3/3-3/5 - Tokyo 3/6-3/9 ). I'd love to know any cool happenings (music, art, fashion, etc) during this first wk of March. I hail from NYC. Am staying in Shibuya when in Tokyo. I am travelling to shop for half my time and just chill the other half. Any help would be appreciated!!! In particular, any suggestions for cool shops (mens fashion and music) would be great. Cheap but authentic Japanese eats too!!! thx, ad ease ad ease
