so what really special about this MTO jeans, aside of all of those personalized stuff, is that it's made with no overlock stitch at all. it's my personal lifelong dream to make a super clean jeans construction inside and out. and one way to achieve that kind of jeans is with having no overlock stitch at all. and to add the satisfying feeling, it's done in our own-developed workshop.

My oldblue co heavyweights made it through hwdc2. I'll shoot soms updates soon and post them here.

They made a long journey but they can probably have a lot more weartime before they have to retire.

They just announced they'll be releasing a new (Indonesian) fabric in 25oz!

I'm pretty excited about those and makes me tempted to break my promise of not buying new jeans!

They have a mixed thread with polyester and cotton, it looks cotton but has the durability of polyester. However afaik it's only been a made to order option. So best chance is to mail them if it's possible to use the polycotton I think.

21/23 oz is the stiffest and meanest jean I have handled to date. Anyone know how long it takes for them to have some give?
