hi is there anything better to buy in Tokyo than in Hong Kong? Seems to me everything in Tokyo is more expensive. Any exceptions? What about those factory outlets? Any good ones to recommend? Thanks!

considering 90% of the stuff in hong kong is japanese stuff being resold at rape prices... almost everything save a few things like silver is better to buy here than in hong kong.

most production, with many japanese goods included, is done in china.. thus a lot of things can be found cheaper in HK. why would a business in japan produce something domestically when it can be done a lot cheaper in china? even electronics even have chips and pieces done in china or in korea. even stuff like bape is made in factories in china.. maybe about 60% of it is done there while the rest like having a label stuck on is done in japan.. so they can say it was made in japan.
