europe in july-august

Hey friends, i'm going to be in europe from the end of july into august.

salzburg --> munich --> switzerland --> paris

(and all in between)

i was wondering how the weather will be so i know what to bring.

Hm, don't know much about Salzburg and Munich.. but I was in Switzerland beginning/mid July last year and it was pretty hot. T-shirts and jeans kinda weather, although you may want to take a sweater or two just in case. Paris will be hot end of July/August. It's already pretty darn hot!

so long jean pants are still a plausible idea? i would like to wear jeans, but if it is too hot i might not.

It's really hard to say.. the temperature could be anywhere between 15 and 30 degrees, depending on the weather. I'd say wearing jeans is not a problem.
