Does anyone know the differences between D1538XX and D1538XX-B ??

Just got home and these were waiting for me!

D1538XX-B, some very interesting fabric here. Very neppy and soft off the bat.  

I'm not usually one for WWII models but I like the details on these a lot, especially the laurel wreath buttons.

The cut is pretty slim before the soak, but I think I can make them work.

I'll report back with some measurements.

Edit with measurements for size 36 pre-soak, taken BiG style:

Waist: 36 in.

Front rise: 11 in.

Back rise: 15 in.

Upper thigh: 13.25 in.

Knee: 9.75 in.

Hem: 9 in.

Inseam: 36 in.

SDA used the (1)03 cut for this "interpretation" of a WWII model - same as FC used their (1)08 cut in their latest incarnation...

Coincidence?

X's-33, seriously my favourite pair of jeans. The fit down, and the denim on this is top notch. If I could find another pair in 33, I would pick them up instantly. 

 

 

The herringbone pockets aren't holding up the greatest though.

Roughly how much wear and how many washes? Denim looks like its holding up nicely.

Probably around 8 months of wear now, and I really don't know exactly how many washes, probably close to 8 washes now. When I get some spare cash these will be going out for repairs, need the double chain stitch down the inseam re down, and serged, pockets repaired, crotch repaired, and holes in cuffs darned.

Srsly worried about the Champloo w34 being too tight __ since I learned the waistband shrinks more than a size below tagged post soak/wash. Luckily, I snagged a w36 pair .... w/c were a comfy @34.5" post double hot soak.

Between the 35th anniversary and the Champloo I like the fabric of the 35th anniversary better. (It breathes a little more...)

Having said that, I will wear my Champloo tomorrow after I have worn the 35th anniversary over the past 2 days.

Haha! Too many jeans, too few legs. I've currently got a pair of these on the go, so they fit fine but need to get around to my other Warehouse, Momo, Skull, Sugar Cane etc!
